I'm facing the dilemma of keeping Fair Value Handyman a secret for myself or posting a positive review that will likely book up his time!

Barak and his team were outstanding, and he lives up to his name! He listened to what we wanted, communicated during the entire process, and is very resourceful and creative (which is an invaluable asset especially when things don't go as planned).  It's hard to connect to a contractor these days - they don't call you back or they completely ghost you.  Fortunately for us, our experience with Barak was the complete opposite.

We had him address several items in our condo in Hoboken (it was awesome that he was so local!) - renovating master bathroom, regrout and replace vanity in the 2nd bathroom, and painting the entire apartment.  The results were amazing!

We had a pretty tight timeframe to get this done (less than 2 weeks!), and he delivered right on time!  Even with this time pressure, Barak was very thorough and meticulous, and while there were some hiccups along the way (not his fault) he always had a practical/creative solution to address the issue that kept us on track.

He knew we were trying to stay within budget while achieving a certain look and suggested materials that were less expensive without compromising the quality or aesthetic.  He was cost conscious and didn't push us to spend more than what we were comfortable with. He also pointed out items that were reusable rather than having them replaced.

Barrack is everything you want in a handyman. He’s friendly, professional, hardworking and very accommodating. Fair Value handyman was exceptional. I just moved in and had a list of things that needed to be done and realized I couldn’t do it alone. I looked up places in Jersey City and the best reviews were from Fair Value Handyman and that was the best decision I made. Barak was able to come the day of and he completed my list of things to do on a Saturday no less! Five Star service. He was very professional and affordable. Fair Value Handyman is hands down the best service I’ve ever used! Barak always shows up on time, if not early. He’s very patient and accommodating.
